两种不同植骨材料修复牙槽突裂患者的术后护理体会

【摘要】 目的:探讨临床护理工作对自体髂骨骨松质植入术和Medpor鼻侧种植体植入术在术后临床效果和术后不良反应等方面的影响,旨在为齿槽突裂患者建立良好的术后护理模式。方法:收治牙槽突裂患者60例,随机分成两组,A组33例患者采用自体髂骨骨松质植入术,B组27例患者采用植入Medpor鼻侧种植体。针对这两组患者采取相应的护理措施并观察伤口有无出血、排异反应、感染、组织瓣的血运情况及取骨区的疼痛情况。结果:通过良好的临床护理,对患者的平均住院日、感染率、满意度的结果比较,P>0.05,两组无显著性差异。结论:科学的、高质量的临床护理工作对牙槽植骨的成功至关重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare,since the implantation of iliac cancellous bone with the Medpor nasal implant for alveolar cleft in patients with clinical effects,adverse reactions and nursing interventions.Methods:The department 2010.5～2011.5 admitted 60 alveolar cleft patients were randomly divided into two groups,group A 33 patients with autogenous iliac cancellous bone implantation,Group B 27 patients with implanted Medpor nasal implants.Take appropriate care measures for patients with these two groups and observe the wound with or without bleeding,rejection,infection,tissue flap blood supply and take bone pain.Results:The statistical analysis of treatment,P>0.05,good clinical care,the patient’s average length of stay,infection rates,satisfaction with the results of the two groups significant differences.Conclusion:The scientific quality of clinical care of the alveolar bone graft success is essential.更多还原
