超声及MRCP诊断华支睾吸虫性胆管炎的对比研究

【摘要】 目的:比较超声及MRCP(磁共振胆胰管水成像)对华支睾吸虫性胆管炎诊断价值的对比研究。方法:97例华支睾吸虫性胆管炎患者进行MRCP和超声检查,并进行回顾性分析。结果:MRCP图像特征为肝内胆管扩张及肝包膜下肝实质内的末梢胆管小囊状扩张;超声图像特征为胆管壁毛糙增粗及胆囊内漂浮物。结论:MRCP在观察华支睾吸虫胆管大体情况方面效能优于超声,超声能较清晰地显示肝内胆管壁、管腔改变以及胆囊病变,两者结合对提高华支睾吸虫病诊断率有重要临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare ultrasound and MRCP diagnosis value in Clonorchis sinensis cholangitis.Methods:a retrospective analysis of MRCP and ultrasound imaging in 97 cases of Clonorchis sinensis cholangitis.Results:Main findings on ultrasound included bile duct walls were rough and thickened,floater in gallbladder.Main findings on MRCP included intrahepatic bile ducts were dilated and small cystiform dilation of peripheral biliary ending beneath liver capsule.Conclusions:ultrasound can clearly display the changes in intrahepatic bile ducts wall、luminal and gallbladder;MRCP in observation of the Gross morphology of bile duct is superior to ultrasound,The combination of both to improve the diagnostic rate of Clonorchis sinensis has important clinical significance.更多还原
