氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死的临床观察

【摘要】 目的:观察氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法:将86例脑梗死患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用氯吡格雷,观察两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),神经功能缺损评分差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observe clopidogrel treatment the curative effect of cerebral infarction.Methods:86 patients with cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group to conventional therapy,the observation group based on routine treatment combined with clopidogrel,observe the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The observation group of the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05),Neural function defect scale statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusions:Clopidogrel treatment of cerebral infarction has good effect,and clinical promotion.更多还原
