无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并呼吸衰竭临床分析

【摘要】 目的:分析无创正压通气(NPPV)治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期合并呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法:收治COPD急性加重期合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者32例,随机分为标准治疗组16例和NPPV治疗组16例,血气指标变化及住院病程。结果:NPPV组治疗24小时后HR、RR、血气指标明显改善,NPPV组住院病程缩短。结论:NPPV治疗可明显改善COPD急性加重期合并呼吸衰竭患者的HR、RR、PaO2、PaCO2,可缩短住院时间,疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Analysis of NPPV(noninvasive positive pressure ventilation)in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated by respiratory failure in acute exacerbation of the clinical effect.2007-12 to 2010-2 Canton Group General Hospital,Department of Respiratory Medicine hospitalized with COPD with acute exacerbation of combined patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure 32 cases were randomly divided into the standard treatment group,16 cases and NPPV treatment group(16 cases),changes in blood gas analysis and The hospital course.24h after treatment of the results NPPV group HR,RR,blood gas analysis significantly improved NPPV group hospital course to shorten.Conclusions:NPPV treatment can significantly improve the acute exacerbation of COPD complicated by respiratory failure in patients with HR,RR,PaO2,and PaCO2,and can shorten the duration of hospitalization,a significant effect.更多还原
