口服避孕药妈富隆治疗原发性痛经56例疗效分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨口服避孕药妈富隆治疗原发性痛经56例临床效果。方法:收治原发性痛经患者56例,于月经后第5天口服避孕药妈富隆,1片/次,1次/日,睡前服用,连服21天,3个周期1个疗程。治疗前后,抽患者静脉血,检查促卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T),同时B超检查子宫内膜厚度。结果:经过3个周期治疗,总有效分别为第1周期71.43%,第2周期83.93%,第3周期91.07%,疗效明显。同时,治疗前后,患者FSH、LH、T均有下降趋势,但P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;子宫内膜厚度降低,P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结论:妈富隆不仅可以有效治疗原发性痛经,而且价格便宜,不良反应小,疗效明显,但存在在经血减少和观念接受的问题,建议治疗前告知患者,并先行沟通。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the oral contraceptive Marvelon treatment of 56 cases of primary dysmenorrhea clinical effect.Methods:from 2009 July to 2011 July in hospital treated 56 cases of patients with primary dysmenorrheal,in the fifth day after menstruation orally,1 tablets each time,1 times a day,at bedtime,and continued for 21 days,3 cycles for a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,patients with venous blood pump,check the follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T)and B ultrasound examination of the endometrium thickness.Results:after 3 cycles of treatment,the total effective respectively first cycle 71.43%,second in cycle 83.93%,third in cycle 91.07%,curative effect is apparent.At the same time,before and after treatment,patients with FSH,LH,T showed a decrease tendency,but the P>0.05,no significant difference;endometrial thickness decreased,P<0.05,with statistical difference.Conclusion:Marvelon can not only effective in the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal,but cheap,undesirable reaction is little,obvious curative effect,can the clinical treatment of dysmenorrhea on promoting the use of,but in the blood is reduced and the concept of acceptance issues,recommendations for the treatment of anterior to inform patients,and to communicate.更多还原
