急性心肌梗死直接PCI围术期的护理

【摘要】 目的:探讨急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者围术期护理策略。方法:收治STEMI患者35例,直接PCI在术前、术中及术后观察重点及并发症情况。结果:加强围术期护理可以很好地减少手术并发症,改善患者预后。结论:STEMI患者围术期的护理是成功直接PCI的重要一环。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the nursing in patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)during percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:35 patients from 2009 to 2011 with STEMI performed direct PCI were observed and nursed before,during and after operations.The complications were recorded also.Results:The right nursing methods can not only lower the complications but also promote the prognosis in STEMI patients performed PCI.Conclusions:Nursing is one of the important factors during direct PCI.更多还原
