超临界二氧化碳萃取金柑中柠檬苦素工艺条件优化及数学模型研究

【摘要】 为优化金柑中柠檬苦素超临界二氧化碳提取工艺参数,在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面分析法建立二次多项式数学模型,并分析模型的有效性与各因素间的交互作用。结果表明:在萃取压力33MPa,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间2.2h的条件下,柠檬苦素提取率达7.02g/kg。在最佳条件下所得试验结果与模型预测值吻合,说明所建模型切实可行。

【Abstract】 In order to optimize the extraction technology of Limonin from the Kumquat with supercritical CO2,based on the single-factor experiment,a quadratic-multinomial-mathematial model was established by Response Surface Methodology(RSM).The applicability of the model and interaction involved factors on extraction of limonin was verified.The results indicated that when the pressure of 33 MPa,temperature of 50 ℃,exaction time of 2.2 h,the highest exaction rate of limonin was 7.02 g/kg.Under the optimum condition,the results showed the model fitted well the experimental data and the model was fesdible.
