【Abstract】 s:Lateral episiotomy is very common in obstetrics,and it can prevent maternal and neonatal injuries to a great degree during the second stage of delivery.But some complications will be taken place after lateral episiotomy,one of them is the infection of perineal incision.The risk factors of perineal incision infection are numerous.Among these factors,parturient and iatrogenic factors are very important.Early diagnosis and treatment should be executed for these patients of perineal incision infection.About the prevention of infection,we think that the prevention of duration of pregnancy,delivery and postpartum is critical.Prophylactic use of antibiotics will be unable to reduce the incidence of perineal incision infection.更多还原
