【摘要】 目的了解宫颈病变患者配偶人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况,为宫颈病变的预防提供依据。方法对2009年12月至2011年4月在深圳市人民医院妇科门诊就诊,有宫颈病变且高危型HPV检测阳性的患者共86例及健康妇女35例(其配偶分别为研究组86例和对照组35例),采用PCR体外扩增和DNA反向点杂交相结合的DNA芯片技术,检测其配偶阴部HPV感染情况。结果研究组HPV检出阳性率为45.35%(39/86),明显高于正常对照组的17.14%(6/35)(P﹤0.01)。研究组HPV阳性者中有53.8%(21/39)的夫妻双方感染相同的HPV亚型,其中52型占首位。结论宫颈病变患者配偶HPV感染明显高于正常人群,且部分夫妻感染相同的HPV亚型,故对配偶进行HPV检测和健康宣教有利于宫颈病变的预防。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the infection of human papillomavirus(HPV) in the sexual partners of the patients with cervical lesions in order to provide the evidence for the prevention of cervical lesions.Methods86 cases of cervical lesions infection high-risk HPV and 35 cases of health were enrolled in Gynecologic outpatient of Shenzhen People’s Hospital between Dec 2009 and Apr 2011.Their sexual partner’s genital epithelial cells were collected and HPV DNA was detected by DNA microarray with PCR amplification in vitro combination of reverse dot blot hybridization technology.ResultsThe detection rate of HPV-positive in the sexual partners of the patients with cervical lesions was 45.35%(39/86),significantly higher than the normal control group(17.14,6/35)(P﹤0.01).There were 53.8%(21/39)of couples with HPV-positive infection the same subtype,and HPV 52 was the most prevalent infection.ConclusionThe infection rate of HPV in the sexual partners of the patients with cervical lesions was significantly higher than the normal control group.And some couples infected the same HPV subtype.Detection of HPV DNA to sexual partner and health education are conducive to the prevention of cervical lesions.更多还原
