根域体积对普通白菜幼苗生长的影响

【摘要】 试验选用128、200、288孔3种穴盘规格,分别播种1、2、3粒普通白菜种子,研究营造出的不同单株根域体积对普通白菜生长势、光合能力、经济产量以及硝态氮含量的影响。结果表明,普通白菜幼苗在不同根域体积下生长差异显著,200孔穴盘、每孔播1粒(单株根域体积13.0mL)可获得符合商品性要求和较高经济产量的产品。在单株根域体积13.0mL下的品种比较试验结果显示,品种间差异显著,供试品种中华王为最优品种。

【Abstract】 In this research,3 types of trays:128,200 and 288 apertures and 3 seeding density:1,2 and 3 grains are used to study the effects of different single plant rooting-zone volume on growth potential,photosynthetic capacity,economic output and nitrate nitrogen content of pakchoi〔Brassica campestirs ssp.chinensis(L.)Makino var.communis Tsen et Lee〕.The result shows that the growth differences of pakchoi seedlings under different single plant rooting-zone volume are significant.When the single plant rooting-zone volume is 13.0 mL,the per plant quality is better and the economic output is higher.At single plant rooting-zone volume 13.0 mL,we compared the differences between varieties and the result shows that there are remarkable differences between varieties,and the tested variety’Zhonghuawang’is the best one.
