【摘要】 以南京市区退休人员调研数据为样本,运用Logistic回归模型,分析了退休双轨制对退休人员生活满意度的影响程度、方向和影响趋势。结果表明:单位性质要素对生活满意度的影响十分显著,并且退休双轨制加大了这种影响趋势;退休工资要素对满意度的影响是不显著和不确定的,呈现出不稳定的上下振动趋势;退休双轨制的三种改革态度与满意度之间的关系是:完全废除为不显著的负向关系,没有必要为不显著的正向关系,完善并缩小差距为不显著的正向关系;退休双轨制对男性的影响更大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Degree,direction and tendency influence of dual pension scheme on the retirees’ life satisfaction was analyzed with the sample of Nanjing urban area’s retiree investigation data using the Logistic regression model.The results indicate that the influence of unit property element on life satisfaction is extremely apparent and dual pension scheme increases this influence,while the influence of retirement wage element is unapparent and uncertain,displaying an unstable tendency with upper and lower vibration;and that the relationships between the three different reform attitudes of dual pension scheme and the satisfaction are different: attitude of complete abolishment shows indistinctively negative relationship,while unnecessary reform and improvement with narrowing the gap shows indistinctively positive relationship;and that dual pension scheme has a greater influence on men.更多还原
