【摘要】 工业化、城镇化是社会进步和人类文明的标志与象征,是历史发展之必然,也是农业现代化的重要推手和不竭动力源。文章浅述了工业化与城镇化在发展理念、市场空间、生产方式、科学技术和资金保障等诸方面给现代农业建设带来的显著积极的推动作用;同时分析指出,工业化、城镇化侵吞或掠剥土地、淡水、劳动力、资本等农业自然与社会资源,胁迫农业农村生态环境与农产食品质量安全等,而对农业农村现代化建设产生多层面的明显消极影响;进一步提出,转变发展理念与生产经营方式,提升工业化和城镇化的质量、效益与效率,方能确保"三化"与城乡经济同步协调发展乃至经济社会全面、科学、可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Industrialization and urbanization,a sign or symbol of social progress and human civilization,are the inevitable development of history,and also are animportant promoter of agricultural modernization and inexhaustible power source.The paper outlined the active promoting roles of industrialization and urbanization in the construction of modern agriculture,including development concept,market space,production pattern,science and technology,funds security and so on.At the same time,it also analyzed and pointed out that industrialization and urbanization annexed or stripped natural and social resources of agriculture(land,freshwater,labor,and capital etc.),threatened the agricultural rural ecological environment and quality security of agro-food,and exerted several obviously negative effects on construction of agricultural rural modernization.In order to ensure the coordinated development of " three modernizations" and urban-rural economy as well as the comprehensive,scientific sustainable development of economy and society,be the concept of development and the production pattern should be changed,the quality and efficiency of industrialization and urbanization be improued.更多还原
