【摘要】 本研究通过分解模型将就业人口变化的影响分解到经济增长、技术进步和结构调整三个因素中,并依据1994-2009年的数据定量测算了各因素对就业的影响大小。结果表明经济增长使就业人口年均增加9.49%,技术进步和结构调整年均分别使就业人口减少6.64%和1.49%,而这一时期保障就业率不变化的经济增长速度需达到9.95%,认为当前我国现阶段保障就业仍需以较高的经济增长速度为支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study,the model will break down the impact of changes on employment in to economic growth,technological progress and structural adjustment.The contribution of various factors was calculated according to the data from 1994 to 2009.The results show that economic growth makes an increase of 9.49%of employment per year,technological progress and structural adjustment make a decrease of 6.64%and 1.49%respectively,and economic growth rate should reach 9.95%in order to maintain the employment rate during this period.The authors indicate that high economic growth rate is needed to guarantee employment at the present stage.更多还原
