渤海内主要海湾资源和生态环境承载力比较研究
Comparative Study on the Carrying Capacity of Marine Resources,Ecology and Environment in Three Bays of Bohai Sea
【摘要】 为了定量研究渤海主要海湾海洋资源和生态承载状态,有效利用渤海海洋资源,本文建立了海湾资源和生态环境承载力评价指标体系,运用状态空间评价模型对渤海内三个海湾资源和生态环境承载力进行了综合评价。结果显示,2005-2008年三湾均处于超载状态,其中,莱州湾承载压力最大,承载力值偏低,渤海湾和辽东湾承载力值略好。通过分析,渤海内三湾在未来的社会经济发展过程中将面临较大的资源和生态环境制约,因此,必须通过合理调整产业结构,发展循环经济,严格控制人口增长,加大海洋环境治理和生态修复力度,逐步恢复污染海域的生态系统服务和环境纳污功能,才能有效提高渤海生态环境整体承载水平。
【Abstract】 The paper establishes an evaluation system of indicators for the carrying capacity of marine resources,ecology and environment(CMREE) to improve the quantitative research on the state of marine ecological carrying capacity for Bohai Sea,and also meet the urgent need for more effective way in using and exploiting the marine resources.It gets the comprehensive assessments for three bays in Bohai Sea by running Status-Space Evaluation Method.The results showed that the three bays were all overloaded from 2005 to 2008.Additonally,Laizhou Bay took the most pressure and the CMREE was relatively low,Bohai Bay and Liaodong Bay were relatively good.By analyzing,marine resources,ecology and environment in these three bays of Bohai Sea will be the most seriously restrictive factors for social economic development in the future.Therefore,the effective way to improve CMREE for the whole Bohai Sea is restructuring industries,promoting the circular economy,controlling the population growth,implementing the marine governance,strengthening the ecological recover,and gradually recovering the marine ecosystem services and environmental capacity.
