【摘要】 该文从宏观流动模式、微观流动理论、中观社会网络理论等角度对劳动力流动理论进行了梳理,阐述了不同时期学者对劳动力流动问题的主要关注点。在二元经济分析框架下对国内研究进行理论梳理,认为当前我国诸多研究之间缺乏逻辑联系,未能从劳动力流动现象中得出本质性、规律性分析框架。结合对我国逐期出现的"民工荒"、"返乡潮"、"大学生就业难"、内地与东南沿海的"抢滩战"等劳动力流动现实的思考,提出挖掘引发各种劳动力流动现象的本质因素,构建有效解释中国劳动力流动的一般化理论是研究的重点。认为未来我国应该更加重视劳动力主体(劳动者)的偏好差异性,即劳动力的异质性:包括人作为个体对所有非经济因素主观偏好的差异。尤其是在经济发展到一定阶段,整个社会的福利水平和社会保障达到一定程度,劳动力会更加关注非经济因素,此时异质性会成为劳动力流动的重要影响因素。从异质性劳动力的角度去研究劳动力流动问题是本文提出的研究劳动力流动问题的全新视角。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reviews the theory from the perspectives of the macro-migration model,micro-migration theory,social network theory and elaborates on the different concerns in different economic periods.At the same time in the dual economic analysis framework,the paper reviews the theory on domestic labor migration.The author suggests that the lack of a logical link in the current studies in China and the failure to come to the nature of the phenomenon of labor migration are the main defects.Considering "shortage of migrant workers","tide of rushing home","difficult Employment for college students"and "beachhead battle",the author proposes research priorities that explore the essence of these phenomena and establish the generalized theory to explain labor migration in China effectively.It puts forward that we should pay more attention to the preference of subject of labor(individual),which is called heterogeneity involving non-economic factors.In particular,when the level of social benefits and security as a whole achieves a certain extent,the labor will be more concerned about the non-economic factors,and the heterogeneity of labor will be an important factor in labor migration.It is considered that heterogenity is a new research perspective to labor migration in this paper.更多还原
