【摘要】 目的提高对膝关节内肿瘤的诊断和治疗水平,并探讨关节镜下手术指征及治疗方案。方法回顾分析2003年3月～2006年3月行关节镜检查并同时行镜下手术治疗的20例膝关节内肿瘤患者资料。结果全部病例均在膝关节镜检查,并经病理切片确诊。镜检后同时行关节镜下手术。平均随访5年(3～7年),随访期间,临床症状明显改善,无复发。疗效评定:优50%,良30%,可20%。结论膝关节内肿瘤少见,单凭临床诊断较为困难。MRI检查和关节镜技术为膝关节内肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供了较完善的方法。关节镜下手术能取得较满意的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To enhance the level of the diagnosis of benign tumor in the knee joints.【Method】 The data of twenty patients underwent arthroscopy and arthroscopic surgery for intra-articular benign tumor of the knee were retrospectively analyzed.There were 6 with the synovial hemangioma,2 with ganglion cysts of cruciate ligament and,1 with synovial lipoma,2 with cyst of the intrapetallar fat pad and 9 with synovial chondromatosis.The curative effects were observed through a follow-up of more than 5 years.【Result】 All the cases were diagnosed under arthroscope and confirmed by the pathological splice.All the patients were treated by arthroscopy and followed up for 3 to 7 years.Clinical symptom improved obviously and no recurrence was found after the operation.Assessment of the curative effects was 50% excellent,30% good and 20% fair.【Conclusion】 Benign tumor in the knee joints is rare.It’s often difficult to diagnose in the clinical practice.Arthroscopy is a very useful method for the diagnosis and treatment of the suspected patients with benign tumor in knee joints.更多还原
