煤矿探放水工程设计优化与实践

【摘要】 为防止矿井采煤工作面顺槽掘进过程中与小煤矿采空区掘透,威胁矿井安全,以神府矿区柠条塔煤矿N1200工作面探放水工程设计为例,分别从钻孔数量、钻孔进尺、施工工期以及预算费用等方面,对设计进行了优化,增加了矿井直流电法超前探测技术,减少了钻孔数量。实践表明,优化后的设计方案操作性强,可靠性高,在施工中也未出现水灾事故,有效地防治了矿井建设和生产中水灾害问题;同时也为其他存在水害隐患的矿井提供可借鉴的经验。

【Abstract】 To prevent cut through into small coalmine gob area during coal face crossheading advancing process and threatening mine safety,taking the N1200 working face groundwater exploration and drainage project design in the Ningtiaoata coalmine,Shenmu-Fugu mining area as an example,carried out optimization from aspects of borehole number,footage,operation period and budgeted costs,incorporated mine direct current advanced prospecting and reduced borehole number.The practice has demonstrated that,the design scheme after optimization has better maneuverability,higher dependability.No water damage happened during operation and controlled water hazard issue during mine construction and production effectively.Thus have provided reference can be used in other coalmines with hidden water damage troubles.
