【摘要】 构建农产品现代流通体系是实现农产品流通现代化的重要保障。本文在分析我国农产品流通体系建设现状的基础上,以推进农产品流通一体化和信息化为主线,以创新现有农产品流通体系为核心,以完善农产品流通管理和制度为重点,从流通渠道体系、流通组织体系、流通服务体系和流通质量安全体系四个方面构建了我国农产品现代流通体系的基本框架及其运行机制,并提出了推进农产品现代流通体系建设的实现路径与公共政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of agricultural products modern circulation system is the important guarantee of agricultural products circulation modernization.This paper constructs a basic frame and operation mechanism of agricultural products modern circulation system from the marketing channel system,circulation organization system,circulation service system and circulation quality security system based on the main line of circulation integration and informatization,the core of innovating the existing agricultural product circulation system,and the key of improving the agricultural product circulation management.Finally,the achievement path and public policy recommendations of improving the agricultural products modern circulation system construction are put forward.更多还原
