【摘要】 目的探讨经瞳孔温热疗法治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的有效性和安全性。方法采用810 nm红外激光通过阈值下能量照射黄斑病变区,治疗15例患者16只眼,治疗前后观察最佳矫正视力(LogMAR视力),并予散瞳眼底检查和黄斑光学相干断层扫描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)检查。对治疗前后视力进行统计学比较。结果治疗后1个月视力与治疗前相比差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2个月和3个月与治疗前相比,视力提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经OCT检查,治疗后3个月视网膜下液完全吸收者占37.5%。本研究没有发现与治疗相关的并发症。结论经瞳孔阈值下温热疗法治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变是安全有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effectiveness and safety of sub-threshold traspupillary themotherapy for central serous chorioretinopathy.METHODS Sixteen eyes were treated using 810nm infrared laser machine and sub-threshold traspupillary themotherapy approach.Best correct visual acuity test(LogMAR),dilated fundus examination and optical coherent tomography scan of the macular were recorded both pre-and post-treatment for analysis.RESULTS Visual acuity improvement of one month after treatment was not remarkable(P>0.05),whereas statistically significant visual acuity improvement was found 2 and 3 months post-treatment compared with baseline.The rate of eyes of subretinal fluid absorption was 37.5%.No treatment related complications were detected.CONCLUSION Treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy by sub-threshold traspupillary themotherapy was effective and safe.更多还原
