【摘要】 海洋经济、资源、环境的协调性是衡量海洋经济可持续发展水平的重要依据。本文在对浙江海洋经济、资源、环境现状分析的基础上,构建海洋经济-资源-环境系统的评价指标体系,同时运用协调系数测度模型分析浙江海洋经济-资源-环境系统的协调发展水平。结果显示,浙江海洋经济-资源-环境系统协调系数呈现"V"型;海洋经济-资源系统的协调系数基本高于经济-环境系统的协调系数,且呈现波动性;浙江海洋经济可持续发展水平亟待提高。最后,提出有利于浙江海洋经济可持续发展的对策与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The coordination of marine economy,resources and environment is an important basis for the measure of marine economic sustainable development level.With the analysis of the status of marine economy,resources and environment in Zhejiang province,the thesis builds an evaluation index system of marine economy-resources-environmental,and puts forth a probe by a coordinate coefficient measure model on the level of coordinated growth of marine economy,resources and environment in Zhejiang province.The results show some important issues as follows: First,there is a "V" type of arrangement in Zhejiang marine economy-resourcesenvironmental system coordinate coefficient;Second,the waving marine economy-resources system coordinate coefficient outstrips economic-environmental system coordinate coefficient;Besides,Zhejiang ocean economy sustainable development level is to be improved.At last,this paper gives countermeasures and suggestions for Zhejiang ocean sustainable economic development.更多还原
