【摘要】 矿业经济区建设是保护与合理开发利用矿产资源,实现资源优化配置和区域经济可持续发展的基础,是具有独特优势和功能的区域经济综合体。本文概括分析了金坛盐盆建设盐化工矿业经济区的资源、技术、区位和市场等有利条件,从科学规划开采布局、综合利用伴生资源、有效利用盐穴资源和延伸盐化工产业链等角度,提出矿业经济区建设规划思路。在此基础上,结合盐矿开发利用现状及当前的产业政策,提出加大勘查力度、建设绿色矿山、推进一体化和精细化管理等措施建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mining economic zone construction is the basis,on which mineral resources are protected,developed and utilized reasonable,resources optimal allocation realized and regional sustainable economic developed.It is also the regional economic complex with unique advantages and features.This article summarizes the favorable conditions of Jintan salt basin construction to the economic zone of salt chemical mining for resources,technology,location and market.And raising the mining economic zone planning ideas from scientific planning for exploitation of the layout,effective use of salt caverns resources and extension of the salt chemical industry chain and so on.Based on this,combined with the salt mine exploitation and utilization and the current industrial policy,some ideas are proposed,such as to increase exploration efforts,to build green mine,to promote the integration and refinement of management and so on.更多还原
