高梯度磁选机回收铋锌铁尾矿中低品位白钨矿的工艺研究
Applied research on the high gyadient magnetic separator recovering low grade scheelite from tailings of bismuth-Zinc-iron floatation
【摘要】 为了充分利用资源,提高企业效益,对钨矿物主要为白钨矿的某大型铋锌铁矿尾矿,采用中磁和高梯度磁选机预选脱除50%~60%产率的非目的矿物,再进行硫化矿浮选、白钨浮选及白钨粗精矿加温精选。在入选钨品位0.12%的条件下,获得含WO367.92%的白钨精矿,钨回收率64.04%。
【Abstract】 In order to make full use of the mineral resources and increase the benefit of interprise.Used middle magnetic and high gradient magnetic separator to treat the tailings from a large bismuth-zinc-iron mine,which tungsten is scheelite mainly,50%-60% of the non-purpose minerals can be pre-removed,then adopted sulphide floatation、scheelite floatation and the scheelite roughter concentrate of clearned in warmed processing.The lab test on the tailings containing 0.12%WO3 shows that a scheelite concentrate with the grade of 67.92% and the recoveryof 64.04% can be obtained.
