复合微生态制剂对蛋种鸡小肠黏膜双糖酶活性的影响

【摘要】 为研究日粮中添加复合微生态制剂对蛋种鸡小肠黏膜双糖酶活性的影响,试验选用1日龄海兰褐蛋种鸡320只,随机分为4个组,试验1、2、3组分别在空白对照组日粮基础上添加50 g/t、100 g/t、200 g/t的复合微生态制剂,分别测定21、42和112日龄蛋种鸡十二指肠、空肠和回肠黏膜中蔗糖酶、乳糖酶和麦芽糖酶的活性。结果显示:①在21和42日龄时,试验2组蛋种鸡十二指肠和空肠黏膜的蔗糖酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);②21和42日龄时,试验组蛋种鸡十二指肠、空肠和回肠黏膜的乳糖酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);③21日龄时,与对照组相比,试验2、3组蛋种鸡空肠黏膜的麦芽糖酶活性显著提高(P<0.05);④42和112日龄时,试验2组空肠黏膜的麦芽糖酶活性都高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果提示日粮中添加复合微生态制剂可提高蛋种鸡小肠黏膜双糖酶活性,在本试验条件下,100 g/t为最适的添加剂量。

【Abstract】 To investigate the effect of supplementation of compound probiotics on disaccharidase in small intestine mucosa of layer breeders,a flocks of 320 one-day-age Hy-Line brown chicks were randomly divided into four groups,each group was assigned 4 replications and 20 layers per replication.Control group was fed basal diet,test 1,2,3 groups respectively were added 50 g/t,100 g/t,200 g/t composite probiotics in the basal diet to determine disaccharidase activity in small intestine mucosa.The results showed that:①The invertase activity of duodenum and jejunum mucosa of test 2 group was significantly higher than control group at 21 and 42 days age,(P<0.05);②Duodenum,jejunum and ileum mucosal lactase activity of test groups were significantly higher at 21 and 42 days age(P <0.05);③Compared with the control group,the jejunal mucosa maltose activity of test 2 and 3 group was significantly improved at 21 days age(P <0.05);④Jejunal mucosa maltose activity of test 2 group was higher that control group at 42 and 112 days of age(P <0.05).The results suggested that dietary compound probiotics could improve intestinal mucosal disaccharidase activity of layer breeders,in this experimental condition,100 g/t was the optimum additive amount.
