【摘要】 为探究当归及其不同炮制品对鸡造血功能的影响,本试验用环磷酰腹腔注射制造雏鸡血虚模型,然后分别用2mL/kg的生当归、酒当归、土当归、油当归和当归炭水煎剂连续灌服7d,随后采血测定红细胞数和血红蛋白等血液生理指标,并与健康对照组和血虚不用药模型组进行比较。结果表明,各种当归炮制品均有较好的补血作用,其中油当归补血作用较强,当归炭最弱。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate blood-enriching effects of Chinese Angelica and its processed products on chickens,the anemia model of chicken was established by intraperitoneally injection of cyclophosphamidemic,then drenched with 2 mL/kg body weight decoction of raw Angelica,wine-broiled Angelica,Foci subsoil-broiled Angelica,oil-broiled Angelica and carbonized Angelica for 7 days respectively. The blood samples were collected to determine red blood cell,hemoglobin and other blood physiological indices and compared with the normal group and the anemic model control group. The results indicated that Angelica and its processed products had the roles of enriching blood,and oil-broiled Angelica had the strongest action,carbonized Angelica was weakest.更多还原
