【摘要】 目的了解流行性感冒(流感)样病例(Influenza Like Illness,ILI)的疾病负担,为制定中国流感疫苗(Influenza Vaccine,InfV)免疫策略提供参考。方法 在县级InfV上市后监测点开展ILI的主动监测,并进行病例治疗费用等疾病负担的调查。结果 ILI的人均经济负担为199.02元,甲型H1N1流感(甲流)病例的人均经济负担为91.29元,非甲流病例人均经济负担为206.60元,ILI平均误工1d,家人陪护平均误工1d。结论流感疾病负担较重,应进行中国接种InfV的成本效益估计,为制定InfV免疫策略提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis disease burden of the influenza like illness (ILI) and to provide evidence for making immunization strategy for Influenza vaccine in China.Methods With an active surveillance of ILI in surveillance site of vaccine post marketing at county level,questionnaire survey for expenditure of trentment ILI was conducted.Results The average expenditure of ILI was 199.02 yuan.The average expenditure of influenza A (H1N1) cases and non influenza A (H1N1) cases were 91.29 yuan and 206.60 yuan respectively.The average of absenteeism was 1day due to ILI,and families have to take one day leave for company with the ILI visiting doctors.Conclusion This study showed that the disease burden of ILI was heavy.It is necessary to evaluate the cost and benefit of influenza vaccination in China for formulating the InfV vaccination strategy.更多还原
