【摘要】 目的了解麻疹减毒活疫苗(Measles Attenuated Live Vaccine,MV)强化免疫活动(SupplementaryImmunization Activities,SIA)疑似预防接种异常反应(Adverse Events Following Immunization,AEFI)发生情况。方法对青海省2010年MV SIA出现的AEFI开展监测、调查和分析。结果全省共报告AEFI30例,发生率为6.72/10万剂,一般反应、异常反应分别报告22例、8例;异常反应中,过敏性皮疹占62.50%。发生率随着年龄增大逐步降低;90%发生在接种后1d内。结论 MV的安全性良好,接种后AEFI发生率较低、应进一步提高接种和监测质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the adverse events following immunization(AEFI) of the measles attenuated live vaccine(MV) for supplementary immunization activities(SIA).Methods The AEFI surveillance was conducted following SIA in Qinghai province in 2010.Results 30 cases of AEFI were reported and investigated,and the incidence was 6.72 per 100,000 doses,the common vaccine reactions,the rare vaccine reactions were 22 and 8 cases respectively.62.50% cases of the rare vaccine reactions were anaphylactic rash.The incidence of AEFI was reduced by the age,and 90.00 percent of cases were occurred within 1 day after immunization.Conclusion MV has good immunization safety,incidence of serious AEFI after MV SIA was low.It is better to strengthen the immunization and surveillance work in the future.更多还原
