【摘要】 目的观察Q开关红宝石激光治疗太田痣、雀斑、咖啡斑及蓝黑色纹身等不同色素性损害的疗效及安全性。方法分析2008年6月至2012年5月应用Q开关红宝石激光治疗色素性病变患者3 268例的临床疗效,针对不同的病变类型选择采用不同的治疗参数。每个疗程观察4～6个月。根据治疗前后照片进行对比分析。结果 Q开关红宝石激光对雀斑、咖啡斑效果最好,一次治愈率达99.8%;对太田痣、纹身经4～8次治疗也达到满意效果。所有患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论 Q开关红宝石激光治疗色素性病变安全、有效,治疗次数与疗效成正相关。对表皮层色素性病变治疗次数少;对真皮层色素性病变治疗次数越多效果越好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Q-switched ruby laser on diversified pigmentary disorders. Methods Altogether 3268 cases of nevus of ota,ephelides,cafe aulait macules and tattoo were treated with Q-switched ruby laser and the effects were retrospectively analyzed from Jun.2008 to May 2012.The treatment interval lasted for 4-6 months. Results Q-switch ruby laser was most effective in treating ephelides with a cure rate up to 99.8% after a treatment.It was followed by nevus of ota and tattoo,which were cured after 4-8 treatments. Conclusions Q-switch ruby laser is effective in treating pigmented dermatoses.Treatment frequency is directly proportional to therapeutic efficacy.更多还原
