光动力疗法在中国的应用与临床研究

【摘要】 光动力疗法是一种具有高度选择性或称靶向性的药械联用技术。我国开展光动力疗法的临床研究和应用已有逾三十年的历史,收治了大量病种和病例。本文检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBMdisc),得到1980~2012年期间有关光动力疗法治疗肿瘤和非肿瘤疾病的临床文献六百余篇,通过对所报道的疾病类型、治疗病例数、光敏剂和光源、随访时间、疗效和安全性等信息进行分类整理,以期全面和客观地分析和总结各类临床资料,了解我国光动力疗法在治疗肿瘤和非肿瘤疾病的历史和现状,探讨临床应用中应注意的一些问题,为医护人员提供一篇有指导意义的涉及各科疾病光动力疗法诊治应用情况的参考文献。

【Abstract】 Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a non-invasive or minimally-invasive technique combining medicines and devices. Clinical research and application of PDT have been carried out against a large variety of diseases and for a great number of patients in China over the past three decades. To support the study, the CBMdisc database was searched and more than 600 clinical literatures on clinical PDT of malignant and non-malignant diseases were retrieved over the period from 1980 to 2011. Data about such issues as disease types, case numbers, photosensitizers used, light sources, follow-up dates, efficacy and safety were collected, analyzed and utilized to understand the history and current status of clinical PDT in China. Technical and clinical issues concerning PDT were discussed. This review will provide health care providers a valuable guidance on clinical PDT.
