【Abstract】 In the first 10 years of the 21st century, to promote complete informationization and maintain national security interests, more and more great powers pay close attention to finding a new information transmission way which is safer and more efficient than electronic information technology, and develop research with large sums of money. The quantum communication technology and quantum information technology, which has risen quietly several years ago in American and European countries, and been researched by Chinese scientists afterwards, is precisely the ideal information technology with absolute security, huge channel capacity, ultrahigh transmission rate, long-distance transmission ability and high efficiency.
