【摘要】 高等院校的科研实力可用每年产出的国际SCI论文数和获批的国家自然科学基金项目数进行定量表述。为综合反映论文数量和基金项目对应的科研实力随时间的变化情况,本文提出"文基指数"的概念,专门用于定量评价高等院校的科研水平和实力。研究结果表明,高等院校每年获批的国家自然科学基金项目数与公开发表的国际SCI论文数呈线性相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, the outputs of international SCI papers and the approved projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) in every year can be used to assess quantitatively science and technology strength in higher universities. In this paper, the authors have proposed PaperFoundation Index to reflect the science and technology strength varying with time based on the SCI papers and NSFC projects, and to express the quantitative characteristics of science and technology strength in higher universities. The results show that, the outputs of international SCI papers and the approved NSFC projectsin every year show a linear correlation, and an approved NSFC project is equivalent to publishing 3 international SCI papers in Earth Science.更多还原
