【摘要】 在渔汛季节,海洋捕捞方式的多样性和从事捕捞作业渔船的密集性对海警舰艇海上执法执勤时的航行安全带来很大的隐患。通过调查我国沿海渔区的分布特点和主要海洋捕捞作业方式,以及渔网类型、识别特征等。对海警舰艇在渔网作业区执法执勤时航行安全的影响因素进行了分析,并提出了正确规避渔网与渔船的操纵方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The patrol boats in net fishing waters are confronted with navigational safety problems due to the multifarious fishing activity and high density of fishing vessels.Through analyzing major marine fishing practices,types and identification features of fishing nets,the navigation conditions of patrol boats on duty are evaluated,and the handling suggestions for the boats to avoid fishing nets and fishing vessels are put forward.更多还原
