【摘要】 目的调查和分析辽宁省大连地区存活≥5年非小细胞肺癌患者的生活质量现状。方法 2007年1月—2011年8月在大连医科大学附属第一医院肿瘤科就诊的39例存活≥5年非小细胞肺癌患者,对其进行肿瘤患者生活质量核心问卷QLQ-C30(EORTC-QOL30)评估,并与42例确诊后1年内仍存活的同龄、同性别非小细胞肺癌患者(对照组)的测试结果进行比较。结果长期存活组患者EORTC-QLQ-C30生活质量问卷功能部分各指标得分[躯体功能(68.12±12.90)分、角色功能(63.44±11.05)分、认知功能(72.51±13.26)分、情绪功能(70.38±13.69)分、社会功能(62.46±10.73)分]均高于对照组患者的(56.47±10.85)、(52.83±10.96)、(58.64±11.39)、(57.42±12.17)、(53.91±9.25)分(P<0.05);长期存活组患者EORTC-QLQ-C30生活质量问卷整体质量分和经济困难条目得分分别为(68.35±14.70)和(50.22±11.46)分,分别高于和低于对照组患者的(42.61±10.59)和(74.05±15.93)分(均P<0.01)。结论大连地区存活≥5年非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量现状较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey and analyze the quality of life among patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) surviving more than 5 years in Dalian city.Methods A total of 39 NSCLC patients surviving more than 5 years were selected from Dalian to take a survey with European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Core Qadlity of Life questionnaire(EORTC-QOL-30) from January 2007 to August 2011.Another 42 NSCLC patients matched with same age and sex and surviving 1 year were selected as control group.ResultsFunctional scores of EORTC-QOL-30,including physical function(68.12±12.90),role function(63.44±11.05),cognitive function(72.51±13.26),emotional function(70.38±13.69),and social function(62.46±10.73) in 5-year surviving group were significantly higher than those in the control group(56.47±10.85,52.83±10.96,58.64±11.39,57.42±12.17,and 53.91±9.25,respectively).However,symptomatic scores of the 5-year surviving group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=2.089-3.671,P<0.05-0.01).Total quality score of EORTC-QOL-30 was 68.35±14.70 in the 5-year surviving group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(42.61±10.59,t=3.275;P<0.01),but the score of financial straits item was 50.22±11.46 in the 5-year surviving group,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(74.05±15.93,t=2.790;P<0.01).ConclusionQuality of life is well among NSCLC patients surviving more than 5 years in Dalian city.更多还原
