【摘要】 中小企业实行物流外包的目的,是通过使用第三方物流公司的能力,提高本企业的物流效率、降低物流成本,然而从结果来看,物流效率往往难以得到真正的提高。本文分析了外包合同、外包控制、信息沟通等影响中小企业和第三方之间物流外包效率的因素以及各因素之间的显著性影响关系;结合理论与文献研究,建立了中小企业外包物流协作关系对物流效率的影响关系模型;通过对企业物流外包的实际情况调研,运用结构方程模型分析对假设进行了验证。研究结果表明,中小企业物流外包过程中,不仅要关注第三方企业自身的实力和水平,还要加强对外包关系的管理和控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of the implementation of logistics outsourcing for SMEs is to enhance the companyS logistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs by using third-party logistics company’s ability,however,from the results,logistics efficiency is often difficult to be genuinely improved.Some affected factors—outsourcing contract,outsourcing control and information communication that affect the efficiency of logistics outsourcing between SMEs and thirdparty and the significant affect of the relationship of the various factors are analyzed in this paper.A relational model is also established about the impact of the collaborative relationship for SMEs’ outsourced logistics on the logistics efficiency by combining the theory and literature.According to the actual situation research of Logistics outsourcing,the hypotheses are tested by using the structural equation model.The results show that SMEs do not only pay attention to the third-party company’s own ability and level,but also strengthen the management and control of the outsourcing relationship during the logistics outsourcing.更多还原
