【摘要】 安徽淮南在推进转型发展过程中,积极探索多种环境治理模式,使资源型城市转型迈出了可喜的一步。该文阐述了淮南市通过建设潘集区后湖生态园,探索出一种沉陷区综合治理的新模式,使创新精神、市场思路、经营理念三者有机融合,通过科学规划、政府引导、市场运作,达到社会效益、经济效益和生态效益共赢。在此基础上,该文认为这些经验将对采煤沉陷区综合治理具有普遍指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a typical resource-based city,Huainan,located in Anhui province,has made significant achievements in the transformation development process by exploring multiple environmental management patterns.This paper elaborates on Huainan’s successful experience,which has carved a new path for the comprehensive treatment of sinkholes in coal mining areas by establishing the Back Lake Ecological Park in Panji district and provided with a common guidance for the comprehensive treatment of coal mining sinkholes to achieve the win-win situation socially,economically and ecologically through scientific planning,government direction and market operation.更多还原
