【摘要】 为研制以地锦草为主药,组方治疗临床大肠杆菌病,提供理论依据,自拟中药处方6个,经水煮处理制成浓度为1g/mL的受试溶液,采用试管倍比稀释法和平板打孔法,对猪源致病性大肠杆菌O20、O48和O161进行体外抑菌试验。试验结果:组方Ⅲ抑菌作用最强,对O48和O161的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)均为62.5mg/mL,对O20的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为62.5mg/mL,最小杀菌浓度(MBC)为125mg/mL。更多还原
