氟苯尼考双混悬型乳剂对猪沙门氏菌病的疗效试验

【摘要】 为了研究氟苯尼考双混悬型乳剂的临床治疗效果,确定该新制剂的治疗剂量及使用间隔时间,建立体重为12±1.5kg的大约克小肥猪沙门氏菌人工感染病理模型,以氟苯尼考注射液为对照组,肌肉注射氟苯尼考双混悬型乳剂高(30mg/kg·bw)、中(20mg/kg·bw)和低(10mg/kg·bw)剂量组开展临床治疗与观察。结果所有试验组治疗率均在70%以上,高剂量组显著高于低剂量组和药物对照组(p<0.05),中剂量组显著高于药物对照组(p<0.05)。因此,氟苯尼考双混悬型乳剂中剂量组(20mg/kg·bw)3d给药1次,连续2次可以达到良好的治疗效果。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Dual Suspension Emulsion of Florfenicol(DSEF) and determine the medication regimen, The swine Salmonella artificial infection model of Yorkshire castrated pigs of 12±1.5kg body weight was established. The Florfenicol Injection(FI) was used as the control group and the high ( 30mg / kg·bw ), ( 20mg / kg·bw ) and low dose ( 10mg / kg·bw ) group of DSEF were used for clinical treatment and observation.The results show that the treatment rates of all the test group were 70% above ; high dose group was higher than that in low dose group and drug control group (P < 0.05) and middle dose group was higher than that in drug control group (P < 0.05). Therefore, the medication regimen of DSEF for middle dose group (20mg/kg·bw) 3d/times and 2 times in a row was a good treatment.
