【摘要】 目的对定西市实施结核病防治规划(2001—2010年)10年来的工作情况进行系统评价,总结经验,为今后结核病控制工作可持续发展奠定坚实基础。方法对10年来定西市实施结核病防治规划(2001—2010年)工作的所有资料进行系统总结、统计和分析。结果 10年中共发现活动性肺结核病患者17622例,其中初治涂阳5605例,复治涂阳1074例,初治涂阴10943例,年均活动性肺结核病登记率为59.61/10万,涂阳登记率为22.63/10万,涂阳患者治愈率为90.94%,使大量的传染性肺结核病人治愈并走上了脱贫致富的道路。估算减少肺结核病患者死亡4261例,避免了94869名健康人感染结核病杆菌,减少新发肺结核病人9487例,减少医疗费用646.29万元,避免劳动力损失所挽回的社会经济效益为1.99亿元。结论结核病防治规划(2001—2010年)在我市经过10年的认真实施,取得了显著的社会效益和经济效益。对保障人民群众身体健康、控制结核病疫情以及加强结核病防治能力建设发挥了重要作用,为当地经济建设做出了积极贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE By conducting systematic evaluation on the working condition of the implementation of Tuberculosis Control Programme in ten years(2001—2010)and summarizing the experience,we try to lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of TB control programme in the future.METHODS Summarizing,adding up and analyzing systematically the data of the Tuberculosis Control Programme in ten years(2001—2010)in Dingxi City.RESULTS 17 622 cases of active tuberculosis patients were found in ten years,including 5 605 cases of new smear positive,1 074 cases of retreatment smear positive and 10 943 cases of new smear negative.The average annual active tuberculosis registration rate was 59.61/100 000.Smear-positive registration rate was 22.63/100 000.The cure rate of smear-positive patients was 90.94%.A large number of infectious tuberculosis patients were cured and embarked on the road of poverty.By estimation,the number of tuberculosis patients death case has been reduced by 4 261,and 94 869 new infections have been avoided,the number of new tuberculosis patients has been reduced by 9 487,health care cost has been reduced by 6 462 950 yuan and 199 million RMB yuan of economic benefit has been made by avoiding the loss of labor.CONCLUSION After a decade(2001—2010)of seriously implementing Tuberculosis Control Program,achieved remarkable social and economic benefits has been made in our city.The programme has played an important role in protecting people’s health,strengthening the capacity of TB prevention and treatment as well as the tuberculosis epidemic control.Moreover,it made a positive contribution to local economic construction.更多还原
