Id-1及VEGF在结肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

【摘要】 目的探讨分化抑制因子-1(Id-1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在结肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法用免疫组织化学SP法检测94例结肠癌和46例正常结肠组织中Id-1和VEGF的表达。结果结肠癌组织中Id-1的阳性表达率(67.0%vs10.9%,P<0.01)和VEGF的阳性表达率(69.1%vs17.4%,P<0.01)明显高于正常结肠组织。Id-1表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P均>0.05),与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P均<0.01)。VEGF表达与患者性别、年龄、分化程度、肿瘤大小、浸润深度无关(P均>0.05),与淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P均<0.01)。Id-1和VEGF在结肠癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.413,P<0.01)。结论 Id-1和VEGF的高表达与结肠癌的侵袭和转移有关,二者可能共同参与了结肠癌的进展和血管生成。Id-1和VEGF可作为判断大肠癌恶性程度和预后的指标。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expressions of inhibitor of differentiation-1 ( Id-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) in colon carcinoma and their clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry SP technique was applied to analyzing the expressions of Id-1 and VEGF in 94 cases of colon carcinoma tissues and 46 cases of normal colon tis- sues. Results The expression rates of Id-1 and VEGF in colon carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in nor- mal colon tissues ( 67. 0% vs 10. 9% ,P < 0. 01; 69. 1% vs 17. 4% ,P < 0. 01) . The expression of Id-1 in colon carcinoma was correlated with grade of differentiation,infiltration depth,lymph node metastasis and TNM stages ( all P < 0. 01) ,but not cor- related with age,sex and tumor size ( all P > 0. 05) . The expression of VEGF in colon carcinoma was correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stages ( all P < 0. 01) ,but not correlated with age,sex,grade of differentiation,tumor size and infil- tration depth ( all P > 0. 05) . The expression of Id-1 was positively related to expression of VEGF in colon carcinoma tissues ( r = 0. 413,P < 0. 01) . Conclusions The over-expressions of Id-1 and VEGF are closely related to the invasion and metastasis of colon carcinoma,and they may be together involved in the progression of colon carcinoma and angiogenesis. Id-1 and VEGF may be served as the markers for judging the malignant degree and the prognosis of colon carcinoma.
