【摘要】 病历封存是妥善处理医疗纠纷的一个重要环节,但实际病历封存工作中常因疏漏导致额外的医疗纠纷发生,不利于医疗纠纷的后期处理。在实际工作中做到:(1)建立纠纷病历复印绿色通道;(2)实行专人负责制完成纠纷病历的复印、封存工作。(3)封袋的书写内容使用表格式封存、启封笔录;(4)封存病历统一移交病案管理保存;(5)封存病历过程中注重与患方的沟通;(6)启封病历的管理。避免了不必要的误解和额外的纠纷发生,为医疗纠纷的解决提供准确、完整的证据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The safekeeping of medical records is an important part of the duly handling of medical tangles,but the occurance of extra medical tangles results in working careless omissions of factual medical records safekeeping are disadvantage to the late handling of medical tangles.So in practical work we should achieve:(1) Establish copy green channel of tangled medical records;(2) Formulating a special responsible system to complish the copying and safekeeping of tangled medical records;(3) The writing content of enveloping should use table form to safekeeping and put down in writing when breaking the seal;(4) Transfer medical records to medical records department for united keeping;(5) Pay attention to communicate with patients in the process of safekeeping;(6) The management of unsealing medical records.In this way,we can avoid the occurance of unnecessary misunderstanding and extra tangles and provide accurate and integrated evidence to the solving of medical tangles.更多还原
