【摘要】 目的分析脑血管病患者代谢综合征的患病率,以及脑血管病分类、脑梗死TOAST分型与代谢综合征的相关性。方法对101例住院脑血管病患者,应用IDF的诊断标准分析代谢综合征的患病率,应用行×列χ2检验比较不同脑血管病类型、脑梗死TOAST亚型之间代谢综合征患病率的差异。结果 101例脑血管病患者中代谢综合征的总患病率为45.5%,不同脑血管病类型、脑梗死中不同TOAST亚型之间代谢综合征的患病率无统计学差异(分别为P=0.894,P=0.865)。结论脑血管病患者中代谢综合征的患病率明显高于正常人群;脑血管病各类型、脑梗死TOAST各亚型间代谢综合征的患病率无明显差异,可能还需要进一步扩大样本量进行研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome of patients with cerebrovascular disease,and correlation between cerebrovascular disease classification,TOAST classification of cerebral infarction and metabolic syndrome.Methods Diagnostic criteria of the IDF is used to analyze the prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome in 101patients with cerebrovascular disease,and χ2 test is applied to compare the prevalence of metabolic syndrome difference between the type of cerebrovascular disease and TOAST subtypes of cerebral infarction.Results The overall prevalence of the metabolic syndrome was 45.5%,and there was no difference between different type of cerebrovascular disease and TOAST subtypes of cerebral infarction(P=0.894,P=0.865).Conclusion The prevalence of the metabolic syndrome in patients with cerebrovascular disease was significantly higher than the normal population.There was no significant difference in prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome between cerebrovascular disease and TOAST subtypes of cerebral infarction.The sample size need to be further expanded and studied.更多还原
