【摘要】 目前ICD-10肿瘤疾病分类未能跟上肿瘤疾病防治工作的发展需求,肿瘤的形态编码和肿瘤分期存在的问题,在不违背ICD-10编码原则的基础上,文章提出了具体的解决方法,旨在提高肿瘤疾病数据在临床和管理中的利用价值。病案信息资源的充分利用除了编码员要熟练掌握相关的医学知识,细致、准确地做好疾病分类外,还必须要掌握计算机的知识,根据实际情况的需要,提出可行的设计方案,完善信息系统的检索功能,促进肿瘤信息的利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,ICD-10 tumor disease classification can not catch up with the development requirement of disease prevention of tumor.The modality and staging of tumor still exists some problems.At the basis without disobeying coding principles ICD-10,this paper puts forward concrete countermeasures aiming at improving utilization value of tumor disease data in clinical and management.The full application of medical records information resource requires that coder not only should master related medical knowledge and carefully and correctly classify disease,but also master computer knowledge.According to the requirement of actual situation,it puts forward practicable design plan and perfect retrieval function of information system for improving the application of tumor information.更多还原
