【摘要】 目的根据胃切除的范围和部位不同,对胃切除术的各种术式进行分析,并给予正确的ICD-9-CM-3分类编码。方法将胃切除术的各种术式与ICD-9-CM-3编码进行对照,并列举实例编码。结果总结了胃切除术各术式编码的查找方法,根据切除范围、部位和吻合方式的不同分类在不同的细目。结论对胃切除术各种不同术式进行ICD-9-CM-3编码时要注意仔细翻阅病案和手术记录,编码人员要了解查找胃切除术编码的方法及注释,准确分类胃切除术的各种不同术式,以利于临床及各方面检索的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through analyzing all kinds of gastrectomy according to different parts and scope,correct classification and coding on ICD-9-CM-3 was obtained.Methods All kinds of gastrectomy were compared with ICD-9-CM-3,and examples code were provided.Results Search methods of coding various gastrectomy were summarized,and it was included in to different classification according to different scope,parts and anastomosis.Conclusion During coding various gastrectomy with ICD-9-CM-3, medical and surgical records should be read carefully.Coders should understand coding method and annotation about gastrectomy,classify the various gastrectomy procedure accurately to meet the need of search and other various aspects.更多还原
