【摘要】 背景与目的:三阴性乳腺癌(triple-negative breast cancer,TNBC)是一类雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)、孕激素受体(progesterone receptor,PR)和人表皮生长因子受体2(human epidermal growth factor receptor-2,Her-2)表达均为阴性的乳腺癌。与非三阴性乳腺癌(non-triple-negative breast cancer,non-TNBC)相比,TNBC临床表现为更易发生局部复发和远处转移,预后较差,内分泌治疗和靶向治疗无效。本研究旨在分析TNBC患者的临床病理特征。方法:收集江苏省常州市第一人民医院2010年术前未接受过放、化疗和内分泌治疗的227例乳腺浸润性导管癌患者的临床病理资料,通过免疫组化(immunohistochemistry,IHC)方法测定手术后乳腺癌组织的ER、PR、Her-2和Ki-67的表达以区分TNBC和non-TNBC。通过TNBC和non-TNBC的比较来分析TNBC的临床病理特征。结果:227例乳腺癌患者中,TNBC占57例(25.1%)。TNBC的年龄与non-TNBC差异无统计学意义(P=0.433)。TNBC的肿瘤直径与non-TNBC差异无统计学意义(P=0.681)。TNBC的淋巴结转率和non-TNBC差异无统计学意义(P=0.562)。TNBC的病理分期和non-TNBC差异无统计学意义(P=0.120)。TNBC的Ki-67表达高于non-TNBC(P<0.001)。结论:与non-TNBC相比,TNBC的Ki-67表达较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Background and purpose:Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC) is a group of breast cancer characterized by the negative expression of estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(Her-2).TNBC not only have high local recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate,but also has poor prognosis.There was no specific endocrine therapy and targeted therapy for TNBC.The objective of the study was to analyze the clinicopathological characteristics of TNBC.Methods:The data of 252 breast cancer patients,who received operation in The First People’s Hospital of Changzhou from Jan.to Dec.in 2010,were collected.ER,PR,Her-2 and Ki-67 were detected by the way of immunohistochemistry(IHC) to discriminate TNBC and non-TNBC.The clinicopathalogical characteristics were analyzed by the contrast of TNBC and non-TNBC.Results:Of the 252 patients,24.6%(62/252) were TNBC.There was no significant difference in the age and tumor size between TNBC and non-TNBC(P=0.433,P=0.681,respectively).There was no significant difference in both rates of node metastasis and pTNM stage between TNBC and non-TNBC(P=0.562,P=0.105,respectively).The Ki-67 expression of TNBC was significantly higher than non-TNBC(P<0.001).Conclusion:TNBC had higher expression of Ki-67 than non-TNBC.更多还原
