【摘要】 目的:探讨卵巢硬化性间质瘤的超声表现及超声诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析7例行手术治疗并经病理确诊的卵巢硬化性间质瘤患者超声造影结果,总结其特征性表现。结果:7例卵巢硬化性间质瘤病变大小4～10 cm,均为单侧发病,部位无特异性,声像图均表现为边界清晰、形态规则的圆形或类圆形实性或实性为主的囊实性肿物,彩色多普勒超声显示实性部分血流信号丰富,超声造影表现为快进慢出向心性高增强。7例术前均高度提示卵巢恶性肿瘤。结论:卵巢硬化性间质瘤二维超声表现为良性肿瘤特点,彩色多普勒超声显示血流丰富,多不排除卵巢恶性肿瘤。"快进慢出"向心性高增强超声造影表现具有特征性,结合临床资料对术前正确诊断有一定的帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the ultrasonic manifestations and diagnostic value for ovarian sclerosing stromal tumor.Methods:The results of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in seven patients who underwent surgery and were diagnosed definitely as ovarian sclerosing stromal tumor after pathological examination in the hospital were analyzed retrospectively,and the characteristic manifestations of were summarized.Results:The range of diameters of ovarian sclerosing stromal tumor in seven patients was 4-10 cm,the tumor appeared in unilateral side,and the positions of ovarian sclerosing stromal tumor had no specificity,the ultrasonic manifestations were round solid and cystic masses with clear boundary and regular morphology,color Doppler ultrasound showed that the blood flow signals of solid parts of ovarian sclerosing stromal tumor were rich,high concentric enhancement with fast enter and slow exit was displayed by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography.Conclusion:The results of ultrasonography of ovarian sclerosing stromal tumor show characteristics of benign tumors,rich blood flow is observed under color Doppler ultrasound,malignant ovarian tumors can’t be excluded,high concentric enhancement with fast enter and slow exit is characteristic,clinical data combined with ultrasonic results has a certain significance for correct diagnosis before surgery.更多还原
