【摘要】 目的:探讨血红素氧合酶-2(HO-2)及胆红素与羊水过少及其围生儿预后的关系。方法:收集宝安区妇幼保健院2008年4月～2009年3月住院分娩的足月羊水过少、羊水偏少及正常羊水组孕产妇各30例,再分为围生儿预后不良及良好两组。应用SP免疫组化方法检测HO-2在胎盘组织中的表达,并测定其活性产物胆红素值。结果:①HO-2在羊水过少组胎盘组织中的表达较正常羊水组低,血清胆红素平均值在羊水过少组亦较正常羊水组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②HO-2在围生儿预后不良组胎盘组织中表达较围生儿预后良好组低,胆红素值在围生儿预后不良组亦较围生儿预后良好组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HO-2及胆红素与羊水过少发病及其围生儿预后有关;可为临床监测羊水过少危险性提供可能的检测指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the relationship between heme oxygenase-2(HO-2) and bilirubin,perinatal prognosis.Methods: Thirty full term pregnant women with oligohydramnion,thirty pregnant women with less amniotic fluid volume,and thirty pregnant women with normal amniotic fluid volume who hospitalized and gave birth to their babies in the hospital from April 2008 to March 2009 were collected,then they were divided into adverse perinatal prognosis group and good perinatal prognosis group.Immunohistochemical SP method was to detect the expression of HO-2 in placental tissue,the level of bilirubin was measured.Results: The expression level of HO-2 in placental tissue of oligohydramnion group was statistically significantly lower than that of normal amniotic fluid volume group,the mean value of serum bilirubin in oligohydramnion group was statistically significantly lower than that of normal amniotic fluid volume group(P < 0.05).The expression level of HO-2 in placental tissue of adverse perinatal prognosis group was statistically significantly lower than that of good perinatal prognosis group,the mean value of serum bilirubin in adverse perinatal prognosis group was statistically significantly lower than that of good perinatal prognosis group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: HO-2 and bilirubin are correlated with occurrence of oligohydramnion and perinatal prognosis,which can be used as detection indexes to monitoring the risk of oligohydramnion in clinic.更多还原
