【摘要】 目的:探讨无锡市剖宫产的主要影响因素,为开展前瞻性的干预研究提供科学依据。方法:将2011年8月～10月间在无锡市锡山人民医院分娩的1 024名产妇作为研究对象,开展回顾性问卷调查,采用方差分析、卡方检验、单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析剖宫产的主要影响因素。结果:产妇年龄、孕期增重、产检医生建议、孕期分娩意愿、周围产妇分娩方式等7个变量有统计学意义,是剖宫产的主要影响因素。结论:加强孕期健康教育,引导孕妇树立科学的分娩观,合理控制孕期体重增长和新生儿出生体重,产检医生合理建议是有效降低剖宫产率的关键措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the main influencing factors of cesarean delivery in Wuxi city,provide a scientific basis for prospective intervention.Methods:A total of 1 024 parturient women who gave birth to their babies in Xishan people’s hospital of Wuxi city from August to October in 2011 were selected as study objects,a retrospective questionnaire survey was performed;variance analysis,chi-square test,univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the main influencing factors of cesarean section.Results:Maternal age,body weight gain during pregnancy,advices from obstetricians,delivery willingness during gestational period,delivery modes of neighboring parturient women were the main influencing factors of cesarean section,which had statistical significances.Conclusion:The key measures to reduce cesarean section rate include enhancing health education during gestational period,directing the pregnant women to establish scientific delivery awareness,controlling body weight gain during pregnancy and birth weight of neonates reasonably,and reasonable advices from obstetricians.更多还原
