【摘要】 目的:了解住院儿童人数增长情况和前10位疾病构成及其变化趋势。方法:收集整理肇庆市第一人民医院2001～2010年住院患儿资料,计算各年份的构成比并进行顺位排列。结果:住院患儿出院人数2010年比2001年增长了1.94倍,疾病谱中主要疾病依次为呼吸系统疾病、新生儿疾病、消化系统疾病、损伤和中毒、传染病和寄生虫病。结论:针对该地区儿童疾病谱的变化预测儿童疾病发展变化趋势,有目的地开展预防疾病的健康教育,提高家长、教师和社会对儿童疾病的预防意识,加强疾病防控工作,保障儿童健康成长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the increase of number of hospitalized children,the constitution of the top ten diseases,and the change regularity. Methods:The data of hospitalized children were collected and sorted from the hospital from 2001 to 2010,the constituent ratios of diseases from 2001 to 2010 were calculated and ranked in sequence. Results:Compared with the number of children discharged from hospital in 2001,the number in 2010 increased by 1.94 times.The main diseases in sequence were respiratory system diseases,neonatal diseases,digestive system diseases,trauma and poisoning,infectious diseases,and parasitic diseases. Conclusion:The measures should be taken include predicting the developmental and change trends of diseases among children targeting to the change of disease spectrum in the region,carrying out health education of prevention of diseases among children,improving the preventive consciousness of parents,teachers,and the society to diseases of children,strengthening prevention and control of diseases among children,ensuring healthy growth of children.更多还原
