【摘要】 目的:探讨CD44v3和MMP-9在绒癌中的表达及相关性,揭示在绒癌中的作用。方法:采用SABC免疫组化法检测30例正常绒毛、20例绒癌的表达情况。结果:CD44v3在正常绒毛、绒癌中阳性表达率分别为3.3%、90.0%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MMP-9的阳性表达率分别为6.7%、80.0%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在绒癌中,CD44v3和MMP-9蛋白表达之间呈明显的正相关(P<0.05)。结论:CD44v3和MMP-9的过表达在绒癌发生、发展过程中发挥重要的作用,二者具有正协同作用,联合检测CD44v3和MMP-9蛋白可作为绒癌恶性进展的生物学指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the expressions of CD44v3 and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) in choriocarcinoma and their correlation. Methods:SABC immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression levels of CD44v3 and MMP-9 in 30 cases of normal chorionic villi and 20 cases of choriocarcinoma. Results:The positive expression rates of CD44v3 in normal chorionic villi and choriocarcinoma were 3.3% and 90.0%,respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of MMP-9 in normal chorionic villi and choriocarcinoma were 6.7% and 80.0%,respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between CD44v3 expression and MMP-9 expression in choriocarcinoma(P<0.05). Conclusion:The overexpressions of CD44v3 and MMP-9 play important roles in the occurrence and development of choriocarcinoma,they have synergistic effect,joint detection of CD44v3 and MMP-9 may be used as biological markers for malignant progression of choriocarcinoma.更多还原
