自制免缝Silo袋分期修补治疗新生儿腹裂

【摘要】 目的:介绍自制免缝Silo袋分期修补治疗新生儿腹裂的应用与体会。方法:选择2005年5月~2010年10月14例新生儿腹裂患儿,其中7例采取了自制免缝Silo袋进行分期腹壁修补。结果:7例中,1例因合并多发性肠闭锁、短肠综合征,1例因重度颅内出血放弃治疗,手术成功5例并获得随访,随访时间为2月~5年。随访的5例中,1例2月内反复发生肠梗阻家长放弃治疗,失随访,1例于2岁时因右侧腹股沟斜疝行右侧疝囊高位结扎术,恢复良好,其余3例均生长发育良好。结论:对于无法修复的腹裂可以采取自制免缝Silo袋分期修补,同时自制免缝Silo袋也适用于腹裂患儿的转运。

【Abstract】 Objective:To recommend the application and experience of home-made silastic spring-loaded Silo in staged repair of neonatal gastroschisis.Methods:Fourteen neonates with gastroschisis were selected from May 2005 to October 2010,and seven neonates were treated with staged repair by home-made silastic spring-loaded Silo.Results:Among seven neonates,two neonates gave up treatment because of multiple intestinal atresia combined with short bowel syndrome and severe intracranial bleeding,respectively.The operation was successfully completed for the other five neonates,and they were followed up,the time of follow-up was from two months to five years.Among the five neonates,one neonate gave up treatment because of recurrent intestinal obstruction within two months,then the neonate was lost to followup;one neonate underwent high ligation of hernial sac of right side because of inguinal hernia of right side when the neonate was two years,the recovery was good;the growth and development of the other three neonates were good.Conclusion:For the neonates with unrepaired gastroschisis,home-made silastic spring-loaded Silo can be adopted,and home-made silastic spring-loaded Silo is suitable for transport of neonates with gastroschisis.
