【摘要】 目的:分析孕妇产前检查状况及与妊娠并发症的关系。方法:用随机抽样的方法对湖北省黄冈、十堰、襄樊三市农村的1 524名产妇进行问卷调查,对孕产妇的产前检查次数及项目分组进行对照分析。结果:产前检查次数文化程度高中及以上组多于初中及以下组,产前检查次数<10次的孕产妇妊娠并发症的发生率高于产检次数>10次的孕产妇。结论:加强产前保健及产前健康教育、提高产前检查次数和质量、及时发现并治疗高危妊娠可有效降低孕产妇及围产儿并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the relationship between current situation of prenatal examination and pregnancy complications among the pregnant women.Methods:A random sampling method was used to conduct questionnaire survey among 1 524 pregnant women from rural areas in Huanggang city,Shiyan city,and Xiangfan city of Hubei province,the times and items of prenatal examination were analyzed by comparative study.Results:The times of prenatal examination among the pregnant women whose educational level was senior high school or above was more than that among the pregnant women whose educational level was junior high school or below,the incidence of pregnancy complications among the pregnant women undergoing prenatal examination less than ten times was higher than that among the pregnant women undergoing prenatal examination more than ten times.Conclusion:Enhancing prenatal care and prenatal health education,improving the times and quality of prenatal examination,and finding and curing high risk pregnancy timely may be helpful to reduce the occurrence of complications of pregnant women and perinatal infants.更多还原
